I am honoured to offer this space in service of the sacred power of the womb.
During our time together we will look at the power of cycles and how our own menstrual
cycle is mirrored in the menstrual cycle of Mother Earth. That, as Women, we are given the
grace of life after our child bearing years have passed. And this moment ensures we
remember to listen to our inner cycles, that we honour them even when our bleeding stops.
The power of the pause, the power of the time of germination, the power of full nurturing and
birth and the power of the gentle ebb of energy allowing what might have been to die. Thus
enabling the space for the creative energies to rekindle within us.
With the use of a simple chart we can become more in tune with our own cycle and
understand how empowering this is not just from a self awareness aspect, it’s empowering
nature can assist us in all areas of our lives once we understand the power of harnessing the
knowledge of cycles.
Together we will review the way in which the womb has been relegated in many ways as a
place to store shame, pain, fear and grief. A simple and beautiful ceremony will assist you in
liberating heavy energy from your womb. Liberating not only all the Grandmothers, mothers
of our ancestors, also those children who are reaching back through time from the future
asking us to be in service in this way. That they can be birthed from a place of nurturing,
abundance and love.
The origin and explanation of the rite of the womb will be followed by a gentle meditation of
heart/ brain coherence and the rite of the womb will be gifted to your womb through
ceremony you will embrace the wisdom of your own womb and then have the opportunity to
gift the rite to each other whilst sitting together in sacred circle.
The Womb is a sacred space, a deep mystery that creates and gives birth to life. This is an
empowering movement not only for women, this is a gift to humanity and to all the children of
Mother Earth.
